As a member of our sales team, you will be placed on a track that could ultimately lead to a management position. Your training will begin in our Cleveland-based corporate office learning the daily business operations and gaining hands-on experience. As you experience success, you will continue to receive professional development training in sales or recruiting.

Qualifications
We are looking for a very specific type of person possessing characteristics that have been proven to be essential in order to achieve success in this industry:
- Energetic with an outgoing personality, comfortable making cold-calls
- A strong phone presence, and willingness to make a lot of calls (over 100 per day)
- A positive attitude and not discouraged from repeated rejection
- Possess drive, personal discipline, be flexible with change, and have a strong desire for success
- Be organized with good follow-up skills
- Be goal oriented and a team player
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft office and able to quickly learn our proprietary Windows-based system
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or related equivalent sales/recruiting experience
- Be self-motivated to work extra hours in order to hit goals and be available to take calls from physicians or clients outside of normal office hours
- Have a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment and be capable or regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
- Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
